With the days becoming shorter and colder it's time to start thinking about your cycling options. With the success of the Kickr Lab 1.0 and 2.0 we have changed things up and are at a new location! Sign up for the 2016/2017 Kickr lab and start training with power, science, and some peer pressure to see better results in 2017!!!

Instructions for loading these schedules / training plans:
  • You must be a registered user to import these schedules.
  • Load up PerfPRO Studio then go into the Workout Library then into the Schedules tab.
  • Click on the "Schedule Options" button then select "Import Schedules / Training Plans from the Web".
  • A window will open showing the above schedules.
  • Click on one or more schedules then hit the Import button.
  • You will then be prompted to complete the information for each schedule and a start date.
  • The calendar entries and all associated workouts are then imported for you.
