This is ALL about helping our Cyclists conquer the hiills of the Paluxy Pedal. This area is famous for its' rolling terrain and false-flats, and there's always the "WALL" to challenge you! Intervals above FTP and at FTP, and then some slope-based intervals to help you overcome the cadence challenges!!!

Import this schedule from within PerfPRO Studio to view the remaining workouts.
Instructions for loading these schedules / training plans:
You must be a registered user to import these schedules.
Load up PerfPRO Studio then go into the Workout Library then into the Schedules tab.
Click on the "Schedule Options" button then select "Import Schedules / Training Plans from the Web".
A window will open showing the above schedules.
Click on one or more schedules then hit the Import button.
You will then be prompted to complete the information for each schedule and a start date.
The calendar entries and all associated workouts are then imported for you.
