20 week programme Computrainer used to ship with their trainers. Builds in a regular fitness test during the program. As your fitness improves from following this program, you will see your FTP number improve along with it. As your FTP improves, the workout difficulties adjust accordingly.

Instructions for loading these schedules / training plans:
  • You must be a registered user to import these schedules.
  • Load up PerfPRO Studio then go into the Workout Library then into the Schedules tab.
  • Click on the "Schedule Options" button then select "Import Schedules / Training Plans from the Web".
  • A window will open showing the above schedules.
  • Click on one or more schedules then hit the Import button.
  • You will then be prompted to complete the information for each schedule and a start date.
  • The calendar entries and all associated workouts are then imported for you.
