My CYCPLUS ANT+ stick is not working. Why?If you recently purchased these ANT sticks (because they're priced really well) then it may not connect to your trainers or show other ant device. Tacx Support reached out to Hartware Technologies (Drew) about these sticks and I did some research to find they are in fact defective though it's not clear if all or just a batch are bad.

So if you just got one of these sticks and PerfPRO is not seeing your trainer then test another brand of ANT stick out and see how things go. It sounds like CYCPLUS wants to make things right so hit them up for an exchange if yours is not working.
