Webroot is flagging PerformancePRO.exe as a virus.

Recently the AV software, Webroot, has been flagging PerformancePRO.exe (Analyzer) as a false-positive virus. As of this writing, a support ticket to Webroot has been opened to resolve this issue. In the meantime, you may create a rule in Webroot that keeps that file from being quarantined.

Use the following steps to create a rule/exception for PerfPRO:
  1. Right-click the Webroot icon in the bottom right corner next to the time. (If the icon isn't there, reveal all icons by clicking the triangle in front of the icons.)
  2. From the main interface, click the gear next to PC Security.
  3. Click the Block/Allow Files tab.
  4. Under Block/Allow Files, click the Add File button in the bottom right corner.
  5. Navigate to where PerfPRO is installed. If you are not sure, right-click on the red Studio 2020 icon and select, "Open File Location".
  6. Double-click on the PerformancePRO.exe file.
  7. In the right column, select the (Allow) radio button next to the recently added file.
Repeat step 4.
  1. Navigate to where PerfPRO is installed again.
  2. Double Click on the PerfPROStudio.exe file.
  3. In the right column, select the (Allow) radio button next to the recently added file.
That is likely all the files you need to add, but if you see other files are flagged (they shouldn't be) then you can create exceptions for those as well.
